About Martha

Martha is a self-taught, self-proclaimed astrology junkie and full blown yogi. Martha’s yoga journey started in 2014 when she found herself craving some sort of body movement after aging out of organized sports. She quickly fell in love and completed her 500h Hatha Yoga Teacher training in Nicaragua in 2018. In 2019 Martha continued her learning by completing a 100h Vinyasa Yoga teacher training in Paris, France and quickly after completing a 45H Prenatal, Postnatal, and children’s Yoga Teacher Training online. Shortly after in 2019 Martha dived head first into Astrology after falling into a depressive state. Martha knew she needed more than just yoga, Martha knew there was a higher connection that could be brought into her practice. Lunar, cosmic alignment. Now, in 2022 Martha had another itch, a need for MORE connection, which brought her to create Sacred Feminine Circles. These circles are a cultivation of everything she has learned. These circles are a place where you can COME AS YOU ARE, and bear it all.
